SEASONAL: Warehouse Associate: Bulk-Replenishment

Job Summary:

The Bulk/Replenishment/Spiral Associate is responsible for accurately moving and replenishing inventory from bulk storage areas to the pick/pack area or the spiral area. This includes transferring cartons into picking bins for individual orders and delivering full cartons to the spiral area for bulk orders. This role ensures inventory accuracy, supports operational efficiency, and maintains quality standards while assisting with shipments and overall warehouse organization.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Move cartons from bulk inventory to the pick/pack area and transfer product into picking bins for individual orders. 2. Deliver full cartons to the spiral area for bulk orders. 3. Use hand-held inventory devices to move, track, and verify all inventory movements. 4. Unload shipments and move cartons to assigned locations. 5. Inspect cartons and product for quality and accuracy before replenishment. 6. Consolidate bulk inventory and verify accurate inventory movement. 7. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including powered mobile equipment when required. 8. Ensure handheld devices are properly stored and charged after each shift. 9. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. 10. Support additional warehouse or operational tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Some computer experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, & reaching.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required if operating powered equipment.
