Job Description

R-Ranch Siskiyou Property Owners Association is a private recreational facility dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our owners and guests. We offer a range of services including trail rides, riding lessons, and special events. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Wrangler / Stables Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equestrian activities, particularly trail rides in rough terrain, and a keen sense of hospitality. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the stables, ensuring the well-being of our horses, and providing an outstanding experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily operations of the stables. Help organize trail rides, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to owners and guests. Promoting best practices in horse care and customer service. Maintain the health and well-being of the horses, including feeding, grooming, and medical care. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the stables and surrounding areas. Assist with special events and activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in equestrian activities, with a focus on trail rides. Excellent customer service and hospitality skills. Knowledge of horse care and stable maintenance. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
