Seasonal Yard Crew

JOB PURPOSE

This position is responsible for grounds and basic warehouse help.

LEVEL OF AUTHORITY

This position performs routine duties independently in accordance with established policies and procedures.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed outdoors in all kinds of weather. Steel toe shoes and PPE are required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for outside yard (grounds) upkeep; including mowing, trimming, and landscaping. Responsible for proper disposal of waste and trash. Assist Used Parts in storage and warehousing of used parts as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND CAPABILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, competency, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Technical Prior experience using motorized lawn tractors, and trimmers is preferred. Physical Ability to lift 20 pounds occasionally (less than 33% of the time or 1-100 times per day) Ability to lift 13 pounds constantly (67%-100% of the time or over 500 times a day) Ability to stand, walk, and drive as required throughout the day. Ability to work in the heat Other Willingness to work in all kinds of weather

USE OF TOOLS, MACHINARY, AND EQUIPMENT

Use of hand tools as needed. Use of trimmers, and mowing equipment.
