Key Responsibilities:

Assembly and Packaging:

Assemble, package, and label products according to specifications and production requirements. Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage and ensure product integrity. Maintain accurate records of production counts, materials used, and any discrepancies.

Workplace Safety:

Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and report any safety hazards or concerns to management.

Qualifications:

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and operating machinery. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to speak, read and understand

English Physical Requirements:

Must be able to consistently lift, open and move inventory weighing 55+ lbs.; must be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours with or without reasonable accommodation; must be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a merchandise warehouse or distribution center (such as, but not limited to, warm and cold temperatures, some janitorial work, etc.).
