Reliable Work Ethic Willingness to learn Collaborative Team Player Overall Positive Attitude Are you skilled in assembling and fabricating mechanical components and products? Join our team at Tommy Gate as an Assembler and contribute to the production of high-quality liftgates in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What you'll be doing Apply paint and coatings to liftgates, brackets, and parts using various techniques, ensuring a high-quality finish. Operate, maintain, and clean painting equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner. Follow established painting processes and quality standards to achieve consistent results. Collaborate with the production team to prioritize and meet painting schedules. Monitor inventory of paint supplies and materials, and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed. Inspect painted surfaces for defects and address any issues to maintain quality standards. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized painting area. Perform other duties as required.
Required Skills:
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to frequently bend, reach or twist. Ability to stand and/or walk long periods of time. Previous experience in painting or surface finishing is preferred but not required. Familiarity with painting techniques and equipment. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills to manage painting schedules and materials. Willingness to learn and follow established painting processes. Safety-conscious and able to follow safety guidelines and procedures. 4:00 PM- 2:30 AM Monday

- Starting hourly rate of $24+ (Higher pay for experienced candidates.
