Position Overview The Mixer Mounting Technician is a key contributor in final production, responsible for mounting volumetric mixer units onto heavy-duty truck chassis. This role demands strong mechanical skills, experience with hydraulic and electrical systems, and precision to ensure each machine is safely integrated. After installation, you will conduct functional testing to confirm the machine is fully operational and ready for use in the field. Key Responsibilities

• Mount volumetric concrete mixer bodies to heavy truck chassis
• Install, fit, and tune hydraulic system components and PTO integrations
• Connect and test 12V electrical systems, including CAN bus controls
• Interface electrical components with truck battery systems
• Programming truck chassis ECMs
• Perform functional testing to ensure proper system operation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet build timelines Qualifications Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and heavy equipment
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Preferred
• Experience with hydraulic systems and PTO integration
• Familiarity with 12V electrical and CAN bus systems
• Experience mounting equipment to truck chassis
• Exposure to ECM programming or diagnostics Working Conditions
• Manufacturing shop environment
• May require overtime based on production needs What We Offer Compensation & Schedule
• Competitive hourly wage: $25.50
• $29.50 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts (no weekends)
• Second shift: 4:00 PM
• 2:30 AM
