This is a working management role requiring direct floor involvement, leadership across multiple departments, and oversight of a large workforce in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and Vice President of Operations on second shift Lead and support multiple departments while working alongside staff on the floor Supervise 40+ employees, ensuring productivity, quality, and performance standards Monitor attendance, KPIs, and employee performance; provide coaching and corrective action Ensure safety compliance, training, and adherence to all company/client policies Coordinate staffing, scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, and workforce planning Address employee concerns and maintain strong client and team relationships Communicate staffing updates, operational challenges, and workforce needs

Qualifications:

5-7+ years of manufacturing management experience required , preferably in a highly regulated (FDA) environment Proven experience managing multiple departments and teams of 40+ employees Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail Must be a hands-on leader comfortable working and walking the floor constantly

Requirements:

Ability to walk and manage operations across a 2 million sq. ft. facility Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Availability for overtime and regular weekend work is required Why Join Us?
