Job DescriptionThe English Language Arts Teacher will create a supportive learning environment in which you will help your students meet their learning goals through CCSS. Through interesting and diverse methods, you'll teach them the important aspects of the content while using a real-world lens, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. You'll oversee their progress by tracking their assignment and exams to provide useful feedback. WCPA teachers are results-driven educators with experience in and commitment to standards-based curriculum and the use of data and assessments to drive instructional decisions.Essential Job Functions:

Utilizes a variety of effective instructional and management techniques.
Pay Range:
$68,969.96 - $113,824.10. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.Additional InformationCompensation:
Wonderful College Prep Academy offers highly competitive compensation, commensurate with experience. Full-time staff benefits include medical coverage, dental, vision, and life insurance at no cost to the employee. For eligible employees, WCPA contributes 19% to CalSTRS. Alternatively, employees may participate in a 403(b) plan with up to 5% employer match (if not receiving CalSTRS contributions). Employees have free access to the Wonderful Wellness Center and gym.
