Per the agreement between the Toutle Lake School District and the Toutle Lake Education Association, current compensation ranges from $55,314 to $112,564, depending on experience and education, increase for the 2026-27 school year TBD.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

Essential FunctionsPlan, develop and implement courses of instruction designed to achieve essential learning and exit outcomes.

Implement district adopted curriculum.

Work cooperatively with administration and staff to develop and implement the instructional program.

Provide an effective instructional environment.

Maintain appropriate records.

Teach the approved curriculum.

Keep parents informed through conferences and/or reports of their students' progress.

Develop and maintain a flexible, effective classroom learning environment.

Work with students, staff, and community patrons in an amicable and productive manner.

Provide for the supervision of students in the classroom and on the school premises as required.

Work to develop in students a sense of consideration for others and of responsibility for contributing to the benefit of the school.

Participate in professional growth opportunities.

Other Functions:

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the school administration, including participation in staff meetings, professional development, school events, and student supervision as needed.
