Requirements Bachelor's degree in Science Education or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Valid teaching certification for secondary education in science or equivalent credentials. Proven classroom experience teaching science at the secondary level in a private or public school setting. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment strategies. Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including those requiring special education accommodations. Excellent communication skills for engaging students, parents, and colleagues effectively. Demonstrated ability in classroom management, conflict resolution, and behavior management strategies.
