Job Description

JOB DETAILS
First shift, Monday
  • Friday 8:0 am

RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet visitors and answer any questions Help visitors with navigation Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls Schedule appointments Manage and update calendars Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and faxes May prepare different types of reports when needed May process, type, edit, or format reports and documents when needed Maintain electronic or paper databases and filing systems Accurately create, maintain, and enter data into the system May answer and direct emails Monitor and order office supplies Perform copying, scanning, and faxing Troubleshoot basic office equipment malfunctions Uphold best business practices and etiquette
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED Experience in administration Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Decision-maker and problem-solver Strong attention to detail Organized Knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines is a plus Exceptional interpersonal skills Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
