Job Description
Office Administration:
Maintaining files, managing records, ordering supplies, including routine clerical duties, handling mail, filing, photocopying, faxing.Communication:
Answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, and managing emails. Receives and assists physicians/visitors.Scheduling:
Organizing meetings, appointments, maintaining meeting room calendar.Documentation:
Preparing, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.Professional Requirements:
Discretion & Confidentiality:
Handling sensitive information with professionalism. Strong customer service skills. Proficiency inSoftware:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systemsCommunication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organization:
