The Opportunity UHP is seeking two Security Personnel to help support the safety, security, and operational readiness of our 800+ acre campus community in Gentry, Arkansas. This is an armed security role supporting students, staff, guests, and campus operations in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. We are looking for professionals who bring strong judgment, professionalism, situational awareness, and a calm presence under pressure. Responsibilities Patrol and monitor campus property and facilities Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and medical situations Provide EMT-level response when needed Support campus safety, events, and operational readiness Maintain incident documentation and communication Serve as a visible and professional security presence across campus Qualifications EMT-Basic certification required Armed security experience preferred Military, law enforcement, or security background strongly preferred Ability to stay calm and professional in dynamic situations Strong communication and decision-making skills Comfortable working onsite in an active campus environment Schedule & Environment Full-time onsite role in Gentry, Arkansas Flexible availability for varying shifts, weekends, and campus coverage needs Active campus environment across an 800+ acre property Why UHP Belong to something, Believe in something, Strive for something.
