The ideal candidate has a track record of winning new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue in the Las Vegas market. Where you stand out is your ability to read a scope, understand what a project actually requires, and support the estimating process when needed. You are not expected to be a full-time estimator, but you know the numbers well enough to speak confidently in front of a customer during an RFP meeting or bid review. Clients trust you because you understand the work, not just the pitch. To be considered for this role, you must be ok with frequent travel to Las Vegas where the main office is located. Travel is to be expected. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a pipeline of new and existing commercial security integration clients in the Reno & Las Vegas metro areas Lead customer-facing RFP meetings, site walks, and scope of work reviews with a technical understanding of system requirements Prepare and review estimates for security integration projects including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, construction managers, end users, and facility managers Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project handoffs Track sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline data using CRM tools Identify opportunities for system upgrades, service agreements, and expanded scope with existing accounts Stay current on product lines, industry standards, and competitive landscape in the security integration market Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in security integration sales, estimating, or project management Technical understanding of electronic security systems including access control, CCTV/video surveillance, and intrusion detection Familiarity with industry platforms such as Lenel, C-CURE 9000, Genetec, Avigilon, Axis, or Bosch Demonstrated experience reading drawings, preparing or reviewing estimates, and participating in RFP processes Established relationships with General Contractors or Security Contractors in the Las Vegas market preferred Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both field teams and executive-level stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project College degree, trade school, or equivalent industry experience Benefits and Compensation Base salary $100,000 - $125,000 plus bonus incentives based on performance Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability Plans Life Insurance and Flexible Spending Accounts 401(k) with company matching program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Wellness Programs Credit Union Affiliation Why Work With Us Work for the #1 globally ranked, service-based systems integrator in the industry Join a team that values technical expertise and rewards performance with real earning potential Operate in a high-growth Las Vegas market with strong demand for commercial security solutions Be part of a culture built on integrity, collaboration, and delivering for the customer Long-term career path with an organization that promotes from within and invests in its people #SEG2
