Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and attentive Pool Monitor to oversee pool access and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for members during summer weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the entrance to ensure that only authorized members and their guests are allowed access Politely enforce pool rules to promote safety and a respectful atmosphere Maintain awareness of pool activity and report any unsafe behavior or concerns to the property manager or security, if needed Provide a professional presence and friendly customer service to members and guests

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old Reliable, punctual, and able to remain attentive during entire shift Comfortable addressing rule violations in a calm and respectful manner Prior customer service or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required

Additional Information:

This is not a lifeguard position. Swimming skills and lifeguard certification are not required. The primary focus is guest screening and rule enforcement.
