Experienced Security Guards We are looking for reliable, professional, and experienced Security Guards to join our team in a fast-paced bar, restaurant, and entertainment environment. Candidates must be dependable, customer-service oriented, and able to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. Requirements Minimum 1 year security or crowd control experience preferred Must possess a current California Guard Card Must possess a current RBS Certification Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Must be able to work nights, weekends Professional appearance and attitude Reliable transportation required Responsibilities Monitor entrances, exits, and premises Verify IDs and assist with crowd control De-escalate conflicts and handle disturbances professionally Ensure safety of guests, staff, and property Work closely with management and local authorities when necessary Enforce venue policies and procedures Complete incident reports when needed What We're Looking For Team players with a strong work ethic Individuals who are alert, observant, and dependable Friendly but firm personality Experience in bar, nightclub, concert, or event security is a plus Apply today to join a fun, high-energy team environment.
