Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and employees by checking identification and issuing access credentials. Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or conflicts using conflict management skills and appropriate protocols. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring official intervention. Implement loss prevention strategies by monitoring for theft or vandalism and reporting any suspicious behavior. Enforce safety policies and procedures diligently to uphold a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Experience Previous experience in security roles is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided for qualified candidates. Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), loss prevention techniques, conflict management strategies, and emergency response procedures is highly desirable. Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail in monitoring surroundings and identifying potential threats. Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing conflicts professionally and effectively.
