Security Guard (Part Time, In House, Bilingual Required) Mid-Shift Brickell - Luxury Condo

Salary based on experience. Family oriented team. Looking for long-term candidates. List of requirements for this position: Applicant must be Bilingual. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing. Ability to stand and walk while monitoring common areas and patrolling the building. Must have a valid State of Florida Security "D" License. Be flexible to work different shifts: morning, afternoon, and/or night based on availability. Ability to complete detailed incident reports and on-duty logs. Must be professional, reliable and ensure that the building, its residents, guests, and employees, are always safe and secure. Must maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and a professional appearance at all times. Be courteous to residents and guests, offering assistance with customer service skills, patience, attentiveness, and clear communications. Eager to learn the building systems and policies, while providing first response and support when and where needed. Have basic PC skills and knowledge of Excel, Word, and other common software. Friday-Sunday Shifts (Morning/Afternoon) A cover letter introducing the candidate will be appreciated.
