Job Description As a Security Officer Access Control in Conley, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. At a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, our Security Officers help manage access control, monitor entry points, and conduct routine patrols while remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location. Monitor access control points for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers, verify credentials and/or shipping documentation, and help to deter unauthorized entry to docks, yards, and other restricted areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including entrances, trailer parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas, while reporting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns. Maintain accurate activity logs, access records, and incident reports, and follow post orders related to vehicle traffic, visitor processing, and/or after-hours access requests.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
