Security Officer and parking lot attendants

Duties Monitor entry and exit points to authorize access for authorized personnel, visitors, and service providers Conduct regular patrols of parking lots and surrounding areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity Operate CCTV systems to observe activity across the premises, identifying potential security threats or suspicious behavior Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary Manage parking flow efficiently, directing vehicles and assisting guests with parking arrangements Enforce safety policies and conduct conflict management to resolve disputes or disturbances calmly and effectively Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance documentation accurately for record-keeping purposes Skills Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, or military service demonstrating discipline and situational awareness Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV operation and loss prevention techniques Ability to perform first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during emergencies Strong conflict management skills with a calm demeanor under pressure Familiarity with security protocols, CCTV monitoring, and loss prevention strategies Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and visitors Physical stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone feels secure!
