Join Allied Universal as an armed and driving officer in a residential community, where you will patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with outstanding customer service and communication. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating observations to property management and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and property activity, verify visitor and/or vendor entry when required, and report maintenance issues, hazards, or policy violations according to site expectations. Support a professional living environment by providing directions, answering questions, and assisting with routine residential security-related interactions in a courteous and respectful manner.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Possess an armed guard card and/or license. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Guard card is required. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
