PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with management and/or public responders as needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assisting with access control, loss prevention support, and/or enforcement of location rules and procedures. Support closing and opening activities, monitor for suspicious behavior, and provide visible presence throughout the location while following all armed post orders and reporting protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
