Job Description As a Security Officer Building Patrol Driver in Fountain Valley, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic automotive location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access activities and customer interactions. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, check credentials as required by site policy, and assist with access control, visitor processing, and traffic or vehicle-related observations. Support day-to-day operations by communicating clearly with site personnel, following post orders, and completing required reports related to incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
