PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related issues. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials where required, and support visitor management processes to help maintain orderly operations at the location. Support Allied Universal and site leadership by preparing clear reports, reporting hazards or suspicious behavior, and following post orders, client policies, and incident response procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
