Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine driving and foot patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong customer service, clear communication, and teamwork, while bringing a reliable, agile, innovative approach and acting with integrity in a people-first culture.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter access points. Monitor entry and exit activity, observe for unusual conditions, and help to deter unauthorized access, property damage, and/or policy violations. Support daily operations at the location by communicating with site contacts, documenting observations, and following post orders for assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
