PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries, helping to support authorized entry and orderly movement throughout the location. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol activity, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate professionally with site personnel regarding security-related issues and response needs.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
