$19.00 / Hour Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

AM How This Role Works:

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts'): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:

In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a retail distribution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or supervisors. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor entry and exit activity for associates, visitors, and delivery drivers, verifying credentials, maintaining post logs, and communicating relevant updates regarding site rules and/or operational needs. Support loss prevention and facility operations by observing for damaged doors, lighting issues, unsecured areas, and/or other conditions that may require follow-up by site management.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
