We are currently looking to add to our security officers team.

Job Qualifications/Skills:

Must have reliable transportation and active Driver's License.

Open availability:

Must be willing to work weekends, nights, and overtime if necessary. Possess a smart phone. Law enforcement or military experience preferred. Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality. Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently. Possess excellent customer service skills. Possess effective written and oral communication to manage all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age. Have an active PILB Guard Card or ability to acquire one. Stand or walk on various surfaces tile, concrete, asphalt, carpet, etc, climb stairs, ramps, or run as needed during shift. Report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing. Maintain awareness and familiarity with the site-specific operations performance manual and post orders. Work in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain, snow, or heat. Constant mental alertness and attention to detail while setting priorities and following up on assignments. Must be able to use initiative and independent judgement within the established guidelines.
