Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access monitoring throughout the site. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, warehouse areas, parking lots, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for personnel and deliveries, and report access concerns, damaged barriers, and/or suspicious behavior. Support daily operations by observing trailer yards, dock areas, and high-traffic work spaces for security-related concerns, while communicating clearly with staff and/or first responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
