Security Officer - Germantown, NY

We are currently hiring a Security Officer for a site in Germantown, NY. This position offers a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 0500-1700 (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM), totaling 24 hours per week. Reliable transportation is required, as public transit does not align with shift hours. The position requires a valid NYS Driver's License and the ability to meet Safe‑Drive program requirements. Officers will regularly operate a client vehicle. ________________________________________ What You'll Do

• Conduct driving patrols throughout the property (Safe‑Drive certification required).
• Monitor access onto the property.
• Complete thorough daily activity logs.
• Write clear, detailed incident reports as needed.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any suspicious activity.
• Work independently and manage responsibilities without direct supervision. ________________________________________ What We're Looking For
• Valid NYS Driver's License (must be able to pass Safe‑Drive certification).
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Excellent written communication skills for logs and reports.
• Ability to work independently.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment when handling unexpected situations.
