PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry and exit activity at a food and beverage location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate. Monitor visitor, vendor, and delivery access, maintain required logs and reports, and help to support compliance with established security-related policies and procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for irregular conditions and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership. Assist with directing foot traffic and vehicle traffic at entry points, answer questions from employees and visitors, and help to maintain an orderly access process throughout the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
