AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to buildings, yards, gates, trailer areas, and other restricted locations. Screen visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols, maintain accurate access records, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding entry approvals and/or unusual activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, gate areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help to identify security-related issues, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
