Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Driver TWIC in Sandwich, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations. Monitor access points and report unusual activity, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or other property concerns that could impact daily operations. Support Allied Universal and property management by communicating clearly with occupants, guests, and/or first responders during routine activities and unusual events.

Minimum Requirements:

A TSA-issued TWIC is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
