Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and potential security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support orderly operations, assist with directions, and report maintenance, policy, and/or security-related issues. Support loss prevention and incident reporting efforts by observing customer and employee activity, addressing policy violations when appropriate, and notifying local management and/or emergency services when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
