PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and assist with screening processes for deliveries, contractors, and personnel in accordance with location policies. Support order at the location by reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations, and by assisting with traffic flow, vehicle checks, and other security-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 1+ year of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
