Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support residents, staff, and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor the location for unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and potential hazards, and communicate security-related or service-related needs to the appropriate personnel. Support a professional atmosphere by assisting with visitor directions, answering questions, and following Allied Universal protocols for incident response and/or post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
