PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and/or resident access permissions, and report unusual or unauthorized activity to site contacts and/or local authorities when needed. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and security-related activities in accordance with post guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access, identify property-related concerns, and support community rules and expectations. Communicate professionally with residents, guests, management, and/or team members regarding access requests, deliveries, service providers, and other security-related matters at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
