As a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol Driver in Willow Grove, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a retail location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations through strong communication, teamwork, and integrity while representing a caring, reliable, and innovative approach to protecting people and property.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter, with working conditions that may vary by location. Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards to help support loss prevention efforts and a secure shopping environment. Assist customers, visitors, and store personnel with directions, access-related questions, and incident information while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
