PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with badge checks, directional support, and other security-related screening procedures as required by the location. Support site operations by communicating with staff, contractors, and/or first responders during routine activities and unexpected events, while maintaining detailed and accurate records.

Minimum Requirements:

Loss prevention experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. X-Ray screening experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
