AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations in accordance with site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts. Support operations at a technology-focused location by maintaining awareness of sensitive areas, following post orders, and communicating clearly with team members and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR certification is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. This is primarily a driving post. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
