Cover area of downtown Los Angeles to San Fernando Valley Perform site and officer inspections Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity React quickly to threats or incidents Oversee inspections, training, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations across assigned accounts. Collaborate with MSS, CSMs, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors to develop and manage staffing schedules and fill open shifts. Provide hands-on leadership, including recruiting new supervisors and promoting Special Response Officers (SROs) for career advancement.

Tactical Engagement:

Occasionally fill account posts for specific shifts and deliver patrol services to designated accounts. Foster a culture of servant leadership and employee engagement by modeling the company's core values and promoting high performance standards. Achieve key goals, such as 100% shift coverage, regular personnel inspections and training, and recruiting to maintain full staffing levels. Ensure 100% compliance with GardaWorld's mandatory requirements and operational standards. Qualifications of Security Branch Supervisor Preferably 2 years security Field Supervisor experience or Site Supervisor experience (Reflecting on resume) Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid driver's license Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process). Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process First aid certification is an asset Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
