  • Direct the personnel security program to ensure secure accomplishment of the enterprise's missions, goals and objectives through proactive applicion of security principles, policies, and practices.
  • Provide enterprise and subordine organizions worldwide with authoritive guidance on aspects concerning physical security programs for the protection of classified nional security informion, both Sensitive Compartmented Informion (SCI) and colleral informion.
  • Manage the Industrial Security Program.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Examples of creditable experience include:
directs, monitors, and conducts regulory and non-regulory security inspections to monitor and enforce implemention and oversight of the Informion Security Program; interpret a variety of security program laws, directives, regulions, and guidance to establish and opere internal security programs; and/or analyzes and evalues the classificion downgrading, declassificion, and destruction programs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
(KSAs ): Your qualificions evalued on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: 1. Knowledge of a wide range of advanced concepts, principles, criteria, requirements, technology, and practices involved in security. 2. Knowledge of security program interrelionships to coordine the objectives and plans of two or more specialized programs to support and promote informion sharing and stregies. 3. Skill to interpret a variety of security program laws, directives, regulions, and guidance to assist subordine organizions in establishing and opering internal security programs. 4. Skill in the use of analytical principles, practices, and techniques to review, evalue, and apply several alternives according to the security requirements for highly specific situions, availability of merials, relionships with other protective programs, and cost/benefit considerions. 5. Ability to communice orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and accurely to a large range of audiences. Position is designed Special-Sensitive and requires eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Informion (SCI), other intelligence-reled Special Sensitive informion, or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed. Department of Defense Security Fundamentals Professional Certificion (SFPC) conferral is required within 2 years of the established employee EOD or initial assignment de to this position in accordance with DOD 3305.13-M, DoD Security Accredition and Certificion and AFI 36-2645, Security Professional Certificion and Development.
