Seed Sales Representative

Chem Gro of Houghton, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Seed Sales Representative to support our seed business in Southeast Iowa. This role combines sales, customer support, technical service, and operational responsibilities, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys working directly with growers while also supporting day-to-day seed operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer relationships Provide year-round support and service to seed customers Maintain accurate computer records for sales, deliveries, and inventory tracking Manage seed treatment operations Calibrate yield monitors and perform weigh checks as needed Provide technical support for Climate FieldView customers Complete additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications Preferred Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements (or willingness to obtain) Commercial Pesticide Applicator's License (or willingness to obtain) Agricultural background or experience in seed sales, agronomy, or production agriculture preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable and experienced in agricultural technology platforms Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and provide excellent customer service Willingness to work in both office and field environments Stop by any of our locations today to obtain an application.
