Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist in Fort Worth, TX . This candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders. This position emphasizes collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth and academic success.

August 2026 - May 2027 More details on interview Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs and eligibility for services. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment data and student goals. Provide direct speech-language therapy in individual and group settings. Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, assessment summaries, and IEP documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to develop measurable goals and strategies. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid Texas State license or eligibility to obtain licensure Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and other relevant special education laws. Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a caseload efficiently.
