Seeking full time Direct Care Staff to work with our male clients who have DD; Sign on bonus

Here at CCI, we work with Developmentally and Intellectually disabled Adults, living together as roommates in their own residences. We are looking for staff for a few of our male participants. These gentlemen are guys guys. They like watching and attending sporting events, playing video games, watching action movies, going to the gym or park to exert energy, sharing jokes and having a good time. Experience is a plus, but not required; Apply today!

Current Schedule:

48 hrs/wk ; 4 days/wk; Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat 8am-8pm $3230-3380/month average gross (8 hrs/wk OT) 60 hrs/wk ; 5 days/wk; Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat 8am-8pm $4101-4247/month average gross (20 hrs/wk OT) If you prefer less hours, let us know•we may have options available! Pay DOE•we pay hourly, every other Friday

Some activities you may do for work : watch movies, go bowling, create a menu, shopping, attend community events, work on home skills, and so much more. You will help keep participants on task, remind them of steps, take them to and from their place of employment and just act as a support to them for their daily needs. Current available shifts located in Boise and Nampa; We serve East Boise to Caldwell. Our company is also located in Sandpoint, Post Falls, Twin Falls, Idaho Falls & Pocatello.
