Self Storage Property Maintenance (Side Job, $30 an hour)

We run a self-storage facility in Temple, and we're looking for someone dependable to help us keep things in order. This is a great side gig for nights and weekends.

What You'll Do:

Lock Up Units:

Put extra locks on units if people fall behind on payments.

Fix Stuff:

Handle small repairs around the facility as needed.

Change Codes:

Update the gate codes once a month so only paying customers can get in. Check the

Property:

Walk around the property to make sure everything looks good and is secure.

Help Customers:

Occasionally, you might help out a customer if they have a question or issue.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

If you've done maintenance or managed property before, that's a plus, but not a must.

Skills:

You should know your way around basic tools and be able to fix small issues.

Availability:

We need someone who can work evenings and weekends. You should be flexible with your schedule.

Reliable Ride:

You need a way to get to the facility.

Physical Ability:

You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle some physical work.

Pay:

$30 an hour, with a minimum of 4 hours a month. You could get more hours depending on what needs to be done. Employing company is THF Leasing, LLC Part-Time, W2
