Self-Unloading Delivery Driver

If you love being out on the open road while making money at the same time, we've got the job for you. Our team is hiring a delivery driver to bring products to our customers in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Applicants should have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. We can't wait to hear from you! You will be driving a Dodge Ram 3500 hooked to a 25-foot-long enclosed cargo trailer with tandem axles. Please have the ability to do so or the willingness to learn in a timely manner.

Compensation:

$35,000 - $40,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Make delivery reports as needed Deliver products to customers while following assigned routes and local traffic laws Transport, and deliver new products to clients in a safe and timely manner Inspect orders before and after unloading for accurate delivery Interact with clients politely and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction Ensure the safe delivery of our products to customers Delivery of products to customers following a predetermined route Hauling of a 20-to-25-foot enclosed trailer with tandem axles Interaction with customers in a courteous and professional manner Inspect orders and remaining load to ensure delivery/inventory accuracy Invoice completion Following all traffic laws and company policy to ensure safety

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and time management skills Must have graduated high school or received equivalency Previous experience as a delivery driver or related job preferred Commercial driver's license (CDL) a plus Lift at minimum 25 pounds Valid (no CDL required) driver's license, with a clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screen, MVR, and background check The ability to repeatedly lift and move 25+ pounds Ability to operate a forklift Ability to be away from home during the week and home on weekends Communication and time management skills Previous experience away from home and/or pulling a tandem axle trailer preferred About Company We live by our core values: getting in the game, being helpful, striving to learn, taking ownership of our work, and treating everyone as equals.
