Position Overview The Selling Branch Manager is a goal-oriented, highly motivated person with strong sales ability. The ideal candidate demonstrates an out-of-the-box mentality and brings a desire to hunt to the Wise Staffing Group team! This role is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the generation of new business and managing branch operations. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new opportunities, leveraging existing relationships, and maintaining the operational performance of the branch. Responsibilities Acts as the point of contact for executive leadership. Communicates and maintains operational data as requested. Develops a detailed understanding of branch performance and develops strategies for revenue growth. Conducts market research, identifies and meets with prospective clients, and brings on new business opportunities. Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service. Fulfills all orders and/or client requests with efficency and urgency. Ensures overall customer satisfaction. Evaluates and implements successful methods of candidates sourcing. Prepares digital and paper advertising. Organizes and facilitates hiring events as needed. Develops and maintains a pipeline of candidates tailored to client needs and expectations. Facilitates and verifies the interviewing, drug testing, background check completion, E-Verification, and other necessary preparation of candidates before placing with clients. Serves as an intermediary between temporary workers and clients. Investigates, resolves, and documents issues relating to said workers, including but not limited to performance, attendance, payroll, worker's compensation, unemployment, discrimination complaints, and client feedback. Travels to client sites for required visits such as candidate check-ins/orientations, site walk throughs, and worker's compensation investigations. Promotes Wise Staffing Group's products/services. Addresses and predicts client objectives and pain points. Prepares sales contracts and adheres to law-established rules and guidelines. Keeps record of sales, revenue, invoices, and other pertinent data. Provides trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Verifies completion of all operational responsibilities prior to leaving office daily. Works beyond typical office hours as business needs require. Meets monthly and weekly sales quotas. Consistently grows branch headcount. Develops existing accounts to meet larger, more profitable revenue goals. Brings on new business. Meets or exceeds revenue goals set by executive leadership. Key Success Factors Ability to close deals and negotiate contracts with clients Effective communication with both clients and candidates Understanding of the recruitment process, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation Awareness of industry trends, competitor landscape, and local market dynamics Understanding of financial metrics, sales forecasting, and revenue generation Environment The Selling Branch Manager is an adaptable and versatile member of the Wise Staffing Group team! This role is on-site only and offers no opportunity for remote/hybrid scheduling. The Selling Branch Manager will travel to local businesses to promote and sell Wise Staffing Group's services while managing and facilitating branch operations. Typical office hours are 8AM - 5PM, Monday through Friday. This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to work beyond typical office hours as business needs require. The Selling Branch Manager is required to use a personal vehicle and cell phone for business related travel and communications.
