Semi Skilled Carpenter

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing a wide range of construction, remodeling, and restoration projects across various industries. Your expertise in carpentry and construction techniques will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and siding to trimming and casework all while contributing to the transformation of spaces and structures. Responsibilities Execute trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and metal stud framing with precision and attention to detail Utilize hand tools and power tools, assembly, and installation tasks Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, roofing components, and drywall systems Conduct concrete forming, masonry work, tile laying, flooring installation, and stucco application as required Carry out plastering, caulking, and restoration industry tasks Install rebar for concrete reinforcement and perform metal fabrication for custom components Engage in roofing projects including shingle or metal roofing systems while ensuring safety standards are maintained Assist with plumbing and electrical work when necessary to support comprehensive project completion Handle heavy lifting safely during material transport or structural assembly Apply knowledge of schematics for electrical or mechanical systems during remodeling or repair projects Support remodeling efforts by working on drywall installation, painting, fixture hanging, cabinetry installation, and door hanging Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry (including trim and framing), masonry or remodeling projects Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools. Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, roofing systems, siding installation, and drywall work Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites or during restoration projects Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in measuring and cutting materials accurately Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients Join us as a Carpenter where your craftsmanship will directly impact the quality of our projects.
