Stottsville, PA We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a background in manufacturing to support financial operations and reporting. This role is responsible for month-end close, general ledger maintenance, management reporting, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and post journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations during month-end close Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes Perform detailed account analysis and general ledger roll-forwards Prepare management reports and variance analyses Review general ledger areas for accuracy and compliance with GAAP/regulations Support operations with financial analysis and reporting Assist with federal and state beer excise and sales tax filings Reconcile daily bank transactions Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including posting invoices, vendor payments, customer payments, and deposits Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls Continuously improve accounting and reporting automation Other general accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of GAAP and finance/accounting principles Experience with ERP systems; SAP strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel modeling, and reporting tools Knowledge of federal and state beverage industry regulations a plus Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with the ability to prioritize and work independently This is a great opportunity for a manufacturing-experienced accountant to contribute to a dynamic finance team and support operational and financial excellence.
